RC estimate – Rs 40 Crs submitted to Govt. on Dec. 2010. Administrative sanction accorded by Govt. on Jan.2011.Foundation stone laid by the then C.M on 09.02.2011.The proposed building consists of four blocks.The first 3 blocks have nine floors including cellar. The 4th block has only 4 floors including cellar.The total plinth area is 16135.66 m2.
The new Govt. sanctioned Rs 1.90 Cr for strengthening the foundation of 4th block to G+7.
The cost of construction is 44.90 Cr
