Cordial Homes Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Manager – Purchase & Administration to manage procurement activities for ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The role focuses primarily on purchase operations, vendor coordination, and cost control, with limited administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials and project supplies.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements, and issue purchase orders.
Negotiate pricing and ensure cost efficiency.
Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply-related issues.
Maintain purchase records, documentation, and reports.
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities (Secondary Role)
Support basic office administration tasks with GM-Administration.
Coordinate documentation and vendor payment follow-ups.
Assist management with administrative requirements when needed.
Candidate Profile
5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction sector.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Work Hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
