Mr. Deepak has to his credit post-graduate degrees from NICMAR, Pune and Hariot Watt University, Dubai. He also brings to the fore, several years of invaluable international experience including stints as an engineer with Sobha Developers Limited and Wade Adams Contracting LLC Dubai (UAE). At the latter, he led a team of engineers, designed and constructed several cost-effective projects which the customers deeply appreciated.
A member of BAI (Builders Associations of India), Mr. Deepak is also a certified Chartered Engineer and Planning Engineer. He participates regularly in social campaigns and charitable activities. With a Bachelors and later a Masters in Computer Science Engineering and Technology, Mrs. Alka before joining Cordial Homes was a Professor in many Engineering Colleges including the prestigious College of Engineering, Trivandrum. She has also earned a Diploma in Interior Design. In her official capacity, she is the Women’s Wing Secretary of CREDAI, Trivandrum Chapter and has been serving the community for more than one and half years.
